These terms cover use of the public website at www.primelabs.com.au. They are not a contract to design or build software. An engagement is agreed separately.

What the pages are

The pages describe how PrimeLabs works. Example interfaces are illustrations of the kind of software that can be built. They are not screenshots of a client system, and they are not products you can sign in to from this site.

Other sites

Links to PrimeHQ , PrimeSites , PrimeInsights , PrimeCharge , Pocket.Tel , WhipPass and Vendorator leave this site. Those sites have their own terms. PrimeLabs is not a part of PrimeSites.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or present its example interfaces as a customer’s live system.

Liability

The site is general information. It is not a promise that a particular architecture fits a particular business. To the extent the law allows, PrimeLabs is not liable for loss arising only from use of these pages.
